JHD Partnership Housing Ltd was founded in 2019 by James Dawson, partnering with various Registered Providers to deliver land led development housing schemes and regeneration projects.
With a proven track record and an experienced in-house delivery team, we are able to source land and unlock its potential, particularly for affordable homes.
Based in the Midlands at our Stourport-on-Severn head office, we are perfectly located to deliver projects through out the Midlands with our latest schemes located in Herefordshire and Birmingham.
